The Native Title Act merely continues legistlative errors from the Aboriginal Land Rights (Northern Territory) Act 1976.

See www.alicespringsnews.com.au for saga since 1991 of Central Land Council ordering Parker family from their home at Kintore NT.

The Central Land Council objected to NT Supreme Court issuing an interim order enabling the Parker family to continue living together whilst the legal issues were resolved.

Segregation of Parker family continues, they are segregated, denied right to reside together as a family, denied right to visit each other in their family homes, under the ALR(NT) and NTA.

The Central Land Council argues Tradtional Owners hold no right to live together with their families in their "traditional homelands" homes - be they houses or the shade of a tree !

Apparently families not a Traditional Activity under the ALR(NT)

Apparently trading not a Traditional Activity under the ALR(NT)

Apparently extortion is a protected activity under the ALR(NT)

Whilst agreeing the issues likely need resolution in the High Court then ALP federal government denied Jilau Parker family legal assistance they required for legal representation.

With federal denial of legal aid, faced with Jilau Parker and family unrepresented the NT Supreme Court placed a stay order on the proceedings as Parker family were unrepresented...,

Decsions related to ALR(NT) and NTA from Justices of the High Court are faulty.

The Justices confining their decisions to the words as printed in s.51(xxvi)

Justices holding Australians wanted MORE racial discrimination between Australians on grounds of race not less. When is very clear at federation and again in 1967 purpose of Australian people was to extinguish all such discrimination.
