I’ve already been taking a look at the Pirate Party. They seem to be off to a good start but if my experience in the LDP is any indication they’ll struggle to get registered. They are being a bit selective in their membership (no dual party membership for example) and membership is a really big hurdle.
I wish them luck, though. I really think an anti-censorship bloc of the Sex Party, LDP, Sceptics Party and Pirate Party could be a strong force in the next federal election.
