America is a communist country. Many such incidents are reported in Australia too. Our regulations are just as unreasonable and even then they are misapplied to suit the bureaucrats and their de facto business associates.
Look at how there are now government instituations, no longer accountable to a court of law.
The Child Support Agency, not only when a parent has an interview with them, that solictors/barristers are banned, (or any other from of avocate).
it can raid your bank account, and direct an employer to take money from you, but if you employer refuses, then he may be charged.
summary, not only are regulations to take from you, but also it is criminal if you are directed to take from someone else and refuse
