People are capable of greatness – even if we’re capable of a lot less than greatness sometimes as well. We don’t need pseudoparental governments to deal with the world for us. Let us have our government do less, rather than more, and honestly, let’s stop the erosion of individual and civil rights before the world really does start turning into something out of 1984.

  15. That Australians believe that in this time of economic recession (oooohhhh no he didn’t, I know but apparently we are ‘allowed’ to use this word now that Mr Rudd has?… seriously!) taking our taxes and giving them back to us is the best idea we can come up with to stimulate economic growth indicates the desperate need for libertarian thinkers and their constituencies to breath new life into our great country! (okay so I’m not sure I can spell… I think I have made my point). Do you think we should take up a collection and buy Craig Emmerson, Lindsay Tanner and Wayne Swann a copy of Milton Friedman so they can get a clue….hmmm, maybe we could ask parliament to give them an tax offset to encourage them to buy it instead!!??? :)
